About Shipping

All products are shipped free of charge by Yamato Transport.
*For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, an additional shipping fee of 1,100 yen (regional shipping fee) will be added if the total order amount is 10,000 yen or less.

Overseas shipping: JPY 3,000 flat (tax included). Billed in JPY; your local‑currency amount may vary with exchange rates.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted for unused items (no signs of wear, no accessories such as tags removed) within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Before shipping, we thoroughly check for stains, damage, stitching, etc. However, in the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, the product is defective, or a different product than the one you ordered is received, we will cover the shipping costs for the product exchange.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will return it to you after we have confirmed it.

Regarding holidays and inquiries

Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week (4/29-5/6), summer (8/9-8/17), New Year's (12/27-1/4) When we are closed, we may not be able to respond to inquiries by email or phone.
We will respond to you within 3 days (or after the holiday if we are closed).
